Debt Negotiation Advice
Where can I go to find what to do with debt settlement companies that rip you off? Help!?
I did not understand what a debt settlement company was all about. I thought I did but I soon found out it was not what I thought. I have made a mistake! They have a lot of my money and I thought I was doing the right thing. I just want to get my bill paid. Thank you.

- We fell into this mess to and we didn't think we were ever going to be able to get it fixed. Go to your bank and explain to them what has happend. Hopefully the bank will be like ours and refund your money (most banks know that these are a scam and will help you get your money back). Also call the Attorney General Office in the state they are at and your state and they can also advise you what to do. Out of curosity is this company in Florida?
- Don't forget to report these scamsters to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). You have to let them know about your experience.
