Will Professional Account Management LLC negotiate/settle debt?
These are parking tickets i received in DC...this is why i am wondering if I will be able to settle with these people and pay less than what i actually owe. anyone know?

- Most companies such as that will settle, but the settlement requirements are typically set by whoever actually owns the debt. Just ask them.
